Maybe you have never considered working with a therapist because finding the right one feels intimidating. Sharing your struggles and vulnerabilities with strangers can initially be strange or awkward, but I am passionate about supporting clients like you. I look forward to working with folks who are facing everyday issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship strain, parenting, vocational transitions, as well as children or adolescents who are having difficulties with school or disabilities. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, which means I will work closely with my supervisor, Sharyn Delgado, LPC-S. I have almost 20 years of experience in special education as a teacher and, most recently, as a behavior intervention specialist. Client-centered and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions are developed to your specific needs. I want to help you achieve your goals to promote healing and personal transformation.
